Dr. Ben Tucker
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Ben first saw the incredible benefits of chiropractic first hand as a child, with his parents finding relief from headaches and low back pain through chiropractic when there seemed like there were no options left. This led to a realization that chiropractic care is an essential support for spinal care, whether experiencing symptoms or not! A lifelong curiosity about health and how the human body functions made Dr. Ben a great fit to become a chiropractor. He loves being able to help others experience relief (just like his parents did) and help others get the most out of their health.
Dr. Ben grew up in London Ontario, loves all things outdoors, and enjoys playing virtually any sport. He is married to his lovely wife and best friend Caitlin, with four beautiful girls. He appreciates that health is not only an asset for the present, but also an investment that pays off in years to come.
Tracey Diorio
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Originally from New Hamburg, but growing up in London, Tracey has strong ties to the area. After working for ten years as a chiropractic assistant Tracey developed a love of helping people and watched many make leaps and bounds in their health by taking a natural approach. The positive impact that massage therapy had on her own life, and a realization that she wanted to pass this experience on to others drew her to continuing her education and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Tracey completed her education at Medix College in London, where she graduated with honours and was nominated class valedictorian.
Tracey also provides cupping therapy – an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get cupping for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping can be integrated into your massage appointment with Tracey or as a stand-alone treatment.

Dr. Jennifer Whalley
NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR
Dr Jennifer, ND grew up in Middlesex County on a family farm, falling in love with natural medicines after watching her grandparents take a more holistic and simple approach to their health by growing their own food and prioritizing all aspects of health. Naturopathic Medicine was a natural progression of this interest, combining the lifestyle and dietary approaches to health with the use of medicinal herbs, supplements and acupuncture to support long-term health change.
After completing a four-year degree in Naturopathic Medicine and a two-year residency with a focus on clinical care and chronic, complex illnesses, Dr. Jennifer, ND is moving back to London to bring back the knowledge she has gained and to be closer to her family. In her spare time, she is often found outside hiking, biking or carrying on her family tradition of growing her own food.
